Due to the personalised nature of our products and high demand, we require a minimum booking time of at least 2 weeks before the desired delivery date. This allows us to ensure the exceptional quality and attention to detail that you deserve in each of our cupcakes.

Currently, we offer delivery service in Annalong, Kilkeel, Newcastle, and Castlewellan. If you’re within our service areas, feel free to take advantage of this convenient free delivery option. 8. How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjustments to quantity, design, or delivery date, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Preferably, get in touch with us at least 1 week before the initial delivery date so that we can make the necessary adjustments and ensure your order is fulfilled according to your new preferences.
9. What is your return and refund policy?
Great question! Our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Therefore, since at the time of booking and payment we proceed to purchase the necessary ingredients specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the order is confirmed.
